All Roala orders are shipped with Canada Post. Only orders within Canada and U.S. include tracking.

All orders are packaged and shipped within 3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation ( with the tracking number if applicable ) once your order is shipped.

Returns & refunds

Before placing your order, please review the product description carefully. If you are not completed satisfied with your purchase, feel free to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to let us know what you would like to return. 

To return an item, it must be in unused condition with the original packaging. Please note all original shipping /customs /tax charges are non-refundable.

For returns, we are happy to refund you the price of the item, but you will have to take care of the return shipping cost. We highly suggest you use tracked and insured postal service. We are not responsible for parcel loss or damage.

Upon receipt of the returned product, please allow us 3-5 business days to verify and process your request. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued. A refund takes up to 10 business days to be sent to your original payment method.

 

Wrong / damaged items

Roala handles your orders with great care. If you ever receive defective, damaged or wrong item, please do not hesitate to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for a free replacement. No need to return the original item.

Photos of the requested item will be required. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to inspect and process your request. You will receive an email confirmation once the new item is shipped.

 *For earrings, it is normal that the silver post is bent. Read more.
